In March 1940 Joseph Stalin made a decision to exterminate 25,700 best sons of Poland based on the cold calculation that "death of one person amounts to a tragedy but death of millions amounts to mere statistics." We, the people, have a moral obligation to prove to the next generations of humanity that the rational on which Joseph Stalin based his genocidal decision is wrong. The Polish people are determined to assure that the Katyn Victims do not become mere statistics to posterity. To achieve this goal Fundacja Pomnik Ofiar Katynia was formed in order to establish the National Katyn Memorial, recreating one victim at a time, for all the best sons of Poland murdered pursuant to the Katyn Execution Order. Please support Fundacja Pomnik Ofiar Katynia (pomnikofiarkatynia.pl) in creating the National Katyn Memorial in Poland.
