In the Shadow of the Sun Dog

An old man is released from prison after serving nearly fifty years of a life sentence. Psychologically broken and dying of cancer himself, he seeks revenge on those who framed him and sent him there. In classic noir fashion, the mugs he meets--the dirtbags, the aging hoods and the girl he left behind--all combine to make his task a little lighter. He either hates them or loves them. Then, with the ultimate goal in sight, unexpected dark forces start closing in and things really take a turn toward the bizarre. Suitable for young adults.
