Low back pain is a major health and socioeconomic problem in the world frequently associated with disability. There are recent reports on the treatment of patients with LPB undergoing back surgery which recommended back training programs as an effective treatment for reduction of disability and improvement of physical function, The nurses play a vital role in preparatory teaching of patient with disc surgery, careful postoperative monitoring and preparation of the patient for discharge in order to attain the intended postoperative outcomes.
