Arsène Lupin vs. Sherlock Holmes is a collection of two stories written by Maurice Leblanc, about the adventures between Arsène Lupin and Sherlock Holmes. It follows Arsène Lupin, gentleman-burglar, especially at the new antepen, Sherlock Holmes arrives too late. Both stories were first published in November 1906 in the newspaper I Know Everything, under the title The New Adventures of Arsène Lupin. The volume was released on February 10, 1908 with the two modified stories (the epilogue in particular). Another edition was published in 1914 with further modifications. This adventure by Arsène Lupin, with its humorous script and tone, contrasts with leblanc's darker works.
