The Year After
Rusty Nash
In March of 2019 my wife died. We were together for almost 40 years. She was my best friend, my inspiration. After she passed I started writing what I was going thorough and found a group on Facebook from my old neighborhood. It came to me there may be others going through troubled times too. I decided I would post my writings hoping to help others, letting them know there not alone. I receive thank yous and appreciation for what I was writing. As time went on my writings expanded beyond just the loss of my wife. I expanded my writings to other life situations and to the beauty people don't see in the world. People in my group told me I was an inspiration, a help to them to get through the day. They said, " You should make the post into a book." Get them out for all to see. After many request and deciding even though I wasn't sure how to write a book I'd do my best and try. I'm not what I think of as an author. I'm a person whom writes from the heart ... attempting to put my emotions on paper. I write things that come to me at anytime day or night. I've done the best I know how to make my posts into a book. I hope you find the pleasure and inspiration others have found in that which I write. I wrote this book because those whom have said that I inspired them have inspired me to do so
