How long can I return my Christmas gift?
Christmas gifts can be returned until January 31st, 2023.
On returning of a Christmas gift, we offer a gift card or a refund.
Gift card: With our gift card you can shop on iMusics webshop for the amount stated on the gift card. We will send your gift card to your e-mail, when the article has been returned to our warehouse. All instructions about use of gift cards will be provided in the same e-mail.
Refund: If you wish to get a refund, we return the paid amount to you by using the originally used payment method during your purchase. Further distribution of payment needs to be arranged between the giver and the receiver of the gift. We do not offer refund to a bank account* or in cash.
* We only offer refunds to a bank account, if the order has been paid by bank transfer and only to the same account as the payment for the order has been transferred from.
Please note: Products must be returned in their original and intact wrapping. If the wrapping seal is broken upon return, we are not able to make any refund. In case the products are not sealed upon arrival (e.g. books), it is important that the product is returned in unused and undamaged condition.
All returned articles will be processed within 14 days.

Will my order be shipped and delivered before Christmas?
Shipping of your order is determined by the delivery time of the item. You can find information on the expected shipping time on the articles product page and on step 1 when you proceed to check-out. If your order consists of more than one product, the article with the longest shipping time determines the shipping time of your order as a whole.
The delivery time for an article, is the expected shipping date from our warehouse stated on the product page and in Check-out plus the estimated delivery time of the shipping company.
Please note, that delivery time is stated in business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
If you order more than one article, we recommend, that you keep an eye on the expected shpping time and maybe consider splitting your order into two, in case shipping times vary. Be aware that you will be charged for delivery per order.
As the shipping companies have a very tight schedule during Christmas time, keep in mind that there is risk of delays during transportation. Therefore, we highly recommend you to order your Christmas presents in due time!
