Brain Damage

US horror written and directed by Frank Henenlotter. After experimenting with the latest mind-altering drugs, Brian (Rick Hearst) runs into trouble when he comes across a worm-like parasite that offers psychedelic experiences if the host allows it to latch onto their neck and inject their brains with a bizarre secretion. Quickly becoming addicted to the creature's powerful drug, Brian is manipulated into providing the parasite with human brains to feed on, and is forced to head out into the streets of New York in search of some new victims.
