Studying God: Doing Theology - Learning Church

The Learning Church series offers a range of short introductions to some of the key themes of Christian theology, life and discipleship.
This book will introduce some major Christian beliefs and values, such as creation, Christian hope and death in the context of the claim that the world and its human inhabitants are 'the work of God'. The discussion throughout will start with the reader's own experience and understanding, before relating insights from the Bible and the Christian tradition to this more ordinary and experiential starting point, and suggesting how the ensuing dialogue may develop.
