Appointment with Chaos

All of a sudden, the lights blacked out. There was only silence and gloom. A few moments later, a thunderous sound echoed around the house. Torrential rain started pouring down from the dark, gloomy clouds. Sounds of gun fire surrounded them. Petrified, Andy and Harry pounced upon a bed as quick as a falcon. They covered themselves with an old, filthy rag made out of rigged cloth. Thunder was still travelling outside. Trees were whispering to each other. Wind howled like a pack of wolves.
