A Hero Reborn: the Hero Emerges

Tyrone Williams is a teenage son living in Philadelphia. But unlike other youths his age, he is the son of a superhero. His father serves as a beacon of justice and hope in the City of Brotherly Love until his murder at the hands of a superpowered leader of a gang trying to control Philadelphia. Tyrone tries to gain his father's power in order to get revenge, but he needs to learn that it takes more than a uniform to make a hero and more than powers to make strength.
