The Egg

First time author Michael Anthony Mclean puts together a collective of soul touching poems and self love, self convicting quotes, gathered into one book, titled The Egg. The Egg was written and completed in the last two seasons of 2015 and released February of 2016. Selling over 100 copies in the first two months, an outstanding accolade for self published work, the book received high praises. The dialogue dawns on its readers from a personal and intimate space, the content sheds light on unspoken topics that are easily relatable to age groups 18 and up. The rhyme scheme in many of Michaels poems are very unique, a personalized style not seen in common poetry. The Egg is almost a 100 pages compressed with very potent material.
