Yogic

YOGIC is a continuation of the Akasha Spiritual Faith series and specifically addresses the body awakening as a necessary step in Self development. Focusing on meditation only allows the mind to quiet yet the body requires its own discipline and regulation as well. YOGIC introduces the premise of the mind-body practice that harmonizes and synchronizes both providing a foundation for ongoing balance. Instruction regarding the beginning standing and seated individualized movement is provided to allow any fear or points of pain to clear. The result is a formidably strong sense of self that lasts the lifetime. Usha Sita Sundaram is the founder of the Akasha Spiritual Faith which is a self realization process of mind-body evolvement.
