Mia Blod is an eleven-year-old human girl. She lives with her loving vampire parents in a peaceful town. Humans are completely unaware that they live in a town full of vampires. And most of the vampires do their best to keep it that way. Mia is happy with her somewhat normal life. She only has to worry about puberty and making sure she knows how to defend herself for when any evil vampires want to attack her.
