Conditional Free Economy and Conditional Democracy

We are now facing with the Climate Change and thus we need to change and adjust ourselves accordingly. In other words, we need to change everything such as our economic and business systems as well as our life styles, habits and behaviors altogether in accordance with each other. According to Dawning theory, "those who survives are not the smartest nor the strongest but be responsive."("Poor Charlie's Almanack", Charles T. Munger.) Here I am proposing Conditional Free Economy and Conditional Democracy in a transitional period. Consumption driven economy is no longer fit for the current conditions.
