Set during the medieval era Pandapple is a story about a horse that yearns to do something greater with his life than simply pulling a plow. An illusion leads the horse to believe he might have the powers of a unicorn, and this in turn propels him on a journey to fulfill a quest. During his adventures he meets a cast of amusing characters: King Dancing Dog, Queen Purple Bird, the Thinker, a talking moon and of course the evil witch. Pandapple takes the reader on a journey exploring the potential that is within us all. A potential that is nurtured and brought out by the mystery of life, and one that compels us to do good deeds. "Children as well as adults will love this story of discovery and adventure. Pandapple combines the elements of inspiration, playfulness, and fantasy providing a magical world to get lost in while driving home the message of reaching one's potential. There is a knight errant in all of us in this sense, and Pandapple will act as an inspiration to its readers."-Jennifer Andrews
