Guide to Software Engineering Standards and Specifications (Artech House Computer Library)

As software engineering processes change, so do industry standards and specifications. This directory offers a listing of standards and technical reports available, presenting an overview of 300 standards, guides and technical reports. The reader can learn about all the existing standards, what they contain, how they are used, when to apply them, and where to obtain copies. For each standard, the book contains a single-page abstract which details pertinent information about the standard, including formal title, process category, scope and purpose, page length, issuing date, originating committee or body, issuing organization, and US purchasing power.
