They say that the Trinity is one of the most difficult aspects of Christian Theology to understand. The idea of God being three in one and one in three feels so counterintuitive to many -- laymen and scholars alike. In some ways, this theological position defines the difference between Christian Theology and every other religion's theology. All other religions either define God simply as one, or say there are many gods. Only Christianity defines God as a plurality in unity and unity in plurality. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ preferred to teach his students through parables. In this way, he could demonstrate how many seemingly complicated ideas were actually very mundane and related to things we all experience every day. For this book, I've followed Christ's example. This way, the deep concepts and most important aspects of understanding the Trinity and how it relates to Salvation are accessible to everyone. This book is not apologetic it nature. It's intended for the one who says "I don't understand the Trinity," rather than the one who says "I don't believe in the Trinity." I do believe that when you understand what the Trinity really is, then you will see why this deep understanding of God's nature is really helpful to us in our daily lives as Christians.
