Even Skyscrapers Must End

In this bizarre eighties fantasy, a boy with a pocket full of cigarettes and a heart full of grudges wakes up in a wild neon city-with no memory of how he got there. He takes to the psychedelic streets in search of answers and ends up running into a fearless and flowery girl who is just as lost and confused as he is. With nobody else to turn to, the boy is forced against his suspicious nature to befriend this dreamy girl and follow her to the top of a neon city where anything is possible.
