FACTOR- On to Mars

An alien race, the Rasi, land and reconnoiter on Canth alarming not only the Canth but humans as well! Once the new threat is resolved, House Blackmon's team proceeds with construction of Schroedinger Base on the lunar far side. The Canth offer to assist in redirecting a large comet to impact Mars, releasing water, oxygen and nitrogen to 'rebuild' the Martian atmosphere. After the new Martian atmosphere clears of comet-impact debris, House Blackmon's team begins the establishment of the first Martian settlement!
