Freya and the Valley of Obershire is an exciting tale full of action-packed suspense set in a secret world few people know about. In a secret world in the valley of Obershire lies a desperate struggle for survival between two rivaling clans: the Yip Yaps and the Ho Hums. Their natural resources have been dwindling, forcing the clans to fight against each other for dominance and control over their limited territory. Each clan is equipped with a special power, which they use to wreak havoc upon the other, trying to force them out. One night during a thunderstorm, Freya who is a young Yip Yap, falls from her family's treetop home and is saved by a Ho Hum named Gord. The pair forge a forbidden alliance while attempting to save the life of a human, who they now believe is the Chosen One and the key to restoring peace in Obershire. But when their friendship is discovered, they must escape from the tunnels of the Ho Hums and flee from the valley. While they are on the run, they learn that the troubles in Obershire are actually being caused by a third creature named Ishman, who is far more powerful than anyone else in the valley. As Ishman wages a final crusade in Obershire, Freya and Gord must make a choice: remain on the run, safe from the mighty battle, or return to confront Ishman and save the valley.
