Neeta Bryant escaped the clutches of the Los Angeles police department like a real bitch would--through pure genius. Now Detective Figg has to figure out how he was outsmarted, so he goes to the hospitalized Crenshaw Mafia leader Hershey Moore for help. Meanwhile, Neeta and her husband Kamau have fled to Western Honduras to start a cocaine pipeline back to the United States. In order to make it a success they have to free the native people from modern-day slavery ... but in doing so they risk enslaving themselves.
