As a balmy breeze from two seas caresses the isthmus of Panama, U. S. Air Force meteorologist, Lieutenant Mark Warner, and Señorita Elena Victoria de la Vega are destined to become lovers from two very different cultures in Panama's tropical paradise. During the two years leading up to the U. S. invasion to remove Panamá dictator General Manuel Noriega from power, their love grows increasingly intense and more intimate. But the balmy breeze of their sweet love is destined to face the whirly winds of war between their two countries. War cruelly separates them.
