Internet Services Offered by Punjab University Library: Internet Using Behavior of the Students of Punjab University

Internet services offered by Punjab university Library to the university students. Users of the Internet at the lab are studying from graduation to Doctoral level. Majority of them are from masters program studying in the faculty of social sciences. Most of the users have been using Internet for last two to four years and females are relatively greater in number than male users A large number of users use Internet for its easiness of use and its searching tools and they acquired the Internet searching skills on their own or from their friends. Most of the users were pleased with overall environment, staff and services of the lab although they have mentioned some problems and gave many suggestions for its improvement.
