In many situations adolescents and parents may fail in expressing their opinions and affection, knowing their feelings, discussing their beliefs and thoughts and asking what they need. These difficulties in the interaction are considered as the problems of effective communications. Despite the fact that adolescents like to spend more time with peers, parental availability and supports provide them a protective cover as they construct their identities. However, communication problems between adolescents and parents are not new at all. What is new? Only the dimension it has reached today. The thing that we can do is to enhance their communication. How can it be done?
