A large-scale failure of electric power-supply in addition to the pandemic would be particularly dangerous for the whole country. This risk requires the Federal Intelligence Service to participate in the investigation. The corona restrictions of the Swiss government make the investigation more difficult than usual. But in an unepected way, they also help to solve the crime within a short time.
