The ultimate objective of the manufacturing organizations today is to increase profitability through system simplification, organizational potential and incremental improvements by using modern techniques like Continuous Improvement, TPM and TQM etc. Most of the manufacturing organizations are currently encountering a necessity to respond to rapidly changing customer needs, desires and tastes. In order for organization to remain competitive and retain their market share in this global market, continuous improvement of manufacturing system processes has become necessary. Different strategies are involved in successful implementation of Continuous Improvement approach in different organizations. Research is still lacking to check the performance of such managerial techniques in Manufacturing Industry. So an attempt has been made to identify such strategies, to check the level of importance and difficulties of these strategies and the important benefits achieved after successful implementation of both Continuous Improvement approach and its Strategies have been identified.
