Demand for quality oriented foods of animal source has been affected by gradual rising in world population and changes in standard of living. Meat and meat products besides being tasty are considered a very important part of any balanced and nutritious diet. They are rich in protein and valuable quantities of the B vitamins; hence, they play an important role in growth, repair and maintenance of body cells and are necessary for our everyday activities.
