Apart from the biological variations that differentiate the female from the male, there are psycho-social facts of the society that make boundaries for behavior manifestations that are considered appropriate for each sex. These psycho-social pressures would directly and indirectly dictate every sex member of the society to act accordingly. At present, many countries are taking some affirmative action to promote women in different leadership positions. However, women are underrepresented subjects in administration and managerial jobs. Thus, this study is aimed to investigate the existing sex-role stereotypical attitude of employees towards women as leaders and identifying the factors which influence employees? attitude. Attitude towards women as leaders were measured on a 5-level Likert scale. Statistical methods such as t-test, Factorial ANOVA, Multiple Regression, and Logistic Regression were applied. The overall means score of respondents towards women as leaders was significant as compared to the neutral score. I have the confidence that the book can be used as reference materials for Researchers, Feminists, Policy makers, Statisticians, Managers, and University Students.
