Acquired Immune-deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a fatal disease that threatens the human population all over the world. It represents the late clinical stage of infection with a virus called Human Immune-deficiency Virus (HIV). As the fourth cause of mortality, it is affecting every sector of the life as an individual, family and communities. It is affecting the economic, demographic, social, political, health sectors very badly. The HIV epidemic affects population in their most reproductive ages, with adverse impacts on life expectancy, the productivity of the labour force and the household incomes. As well as national economies. It also creates many political problems. A bulk of the public money is going in creating the awareness and prevention against this disease. Increasing the budgetary expenditure on the health sector further leads to the burden on the government sector. So, it is important to look into and analyze this field
