Contributor Bio:  Bamber, Greg J Greg J. Bamber is Professor and Director of Research, Department of Management, Monash University (Melbourne, Australia). He has previously worked in Australia at Griffith University, the Queensland University of Technology, the University of Queensland and at the University of Durham (UK). He is a past president of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management and of the International Federation of Scholarly Associations of Management. He has been an arbitrator, mediator and advisor for the UK Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service. He has direct experience of industrial-relations practice in many countries, especially Australia and the United Kingdom. He advises, researches and consults with international organizations, governments, employers and unions.
