Friday is a smart and inventive Scottish Terrier that has multiple adventures along with his friends; Buster the Blue Jay and neighborhood gossip, Godfrey the Magpie usually the steadying influence on his hot headed bird friend, and Abigail, a rather large tabby with a mysterious smile. Plus other friends picked up along the journey that will remind you of pets past and present, or entice you to get a home companion. And, an almost five month old Scottie puppy named Dixon, who is very determined to make his own way as he sees fit.
