BACK TO THE BASICS is a fresh and timely reminder to the church that foundational principles cannot be removed, neither do they become obsolete but must be fortified for fruitful Christian living. A building with a weak or failing foundation cannot support the superstructure. The foundations are not obvious to the naked eye, but without them the building is doomed to give way. The foundational principles are the daily practices on which the Christian life and witness stand. When these fundamentals are ignored the Christian witness is compromised and the world does not see Jesus. The basic principles are the same for all and God is no respecter of persons.
