Feelings don't make you weak, they only make you stronger. Learning to control them makes you even stronger. In todays society, some believe that feelings will only set you back. But I am here to tell you that it is ok to feel. Feel every single emotion that you want in any experience that you have in life. Being able to feel and process those feelings without being judged is something that everyone should support. We all go through ups and downs in life and at some point have been at our lowest so why should we hide from those emotions that make us? Feel everything. Feel hurt, feel sadness, feel hate, feel love, feel embarrassment, feel pressure, feel all of it. Don't be afraid.
