FOREVERANDEVERNOMORE is Brian Eno's first album in almost 17 years pre-dominantly featuring vocals.
During his illustrious career, Brian Eno has released seminal works with vocals - several of his 70s albums are among the most important releases of that decade - but he has dedicated a large part of his career to instrumental ambient projects (also with great success).
On FOREVERANDEVERNOMORE, Eno deals with his concerns for the global situation, where the environment and geopolitics weigh heavily on his mind. But it has been important for Eno to point out that these are not propagandistic songs. Rather, these are deeply personal songs that articulate and explore Eno's own feelings about these subjects. And the hope is that the listener will also reflect and explore their own feelings on their journey through this album.
FOREVERANDEVERNOMORE features contributions from Brian's brother, Roger Eno, as well as Leo Abrahams, Jon Hopkins, Peter Chilvers, Clodagh Simonds, and Brian's niece Cecily Eno and daughter Darla Eno.
