Avoiding the Wrong Partner in Marriage

Everybody has who is meant to fit into their lives in marriage. Everybody cannot fit into your life. Wrong choice of a life partner is what leads to wrong marriage that leads to divorce. Divorce can be avoided if those searching for a life partner will locate that person that will fit into their lives. The author in this book lists those things that will guide you to locating that person that will fit into your life. I started teaching on marriage right from when I was not married; because of the passion and burden that God placed in my spirit concerning marriage and using the revelations He has given to me. The rate at which marriages are crashing despite the money spent on most wedding ceremonies added more fire to my zeal on marital issues. I made my research and found out that the main reason most marriages break is that most marriages started on wrong foundation. If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?" Psalms 11:3The reason for this book is to guide singles when seeking for life partner, because your choice determines your future peace. A wrong choice of a marriage partner will lead to a life of frustrations. Making the right choice will save you of the stress you will go through by going from prophets to prophets seeking for prayer. When you find the right partner you will find peace, but the wrong partner is rottenness in the bone. It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop [on the flat oriental roof, exposed to all kinds of weather] than in a house shared with a nagging, quarrelsome, and faultfinding woman. Prov 21:9The burden was so strong that i started organizing Seminars, Conferences even while being single. Though I was criticized heavily by my colleagues in Ministry because I was not married then, and the believe then is that before you can teach or write on marriage, you should have gotten experience through your own marriage. I knew they were right logically, but passion does not know logic, passion does not know protocols, passion does not know decorum. So I held on to the vision passionately and at the end of the day many of them who criticized me changed their mind. This book is geared towards making the singles know that it is not everybody on the street or that they meet in life that will fit into their lives for marriage. It is to make them know that it is not worth it jumping on anybody and making the decision to settle down in marriage just because they felt time is no longer on their side. Somebody once said, "It is better to have a broken courtship, than to have a broken marriage." This statement is made because of the effect that broken home will have on the couples and also the children who are involved in that marriage.
