"Simple non-expensive automated R2R (roll to roll) flexible PCB manufacturing process" is a method invented by the author a few years ago. By using the inkjet technology to print nano-silver ink to a flexible substrate process and used as a flexible printed circuit board is an environmental friendly manufacturing concept for mass production. R2R (roll to roll) process is an economic mass production method with automated continuous film transportation equipment. In-situ inkjet printing with nano-silver ink on PI (polyimide) substrate followed by R2R film process with instant curing of metal ink is an efficient and economic process. Moreover, this is an environmental friendly manufacturing method and with the lowest amount of chemical waste. A more graphic depiction is shown in this book and it will be easier for the readers to understand the real manufacturing process.
